CARI
CARI provides a confidential helpline service for anyone with concerns, feelings or fears regarding child abuse. The helpline can also be used to access other CARI services or receive information or advice, or just to find someone to talk to.
Childline
Childline provides a confidential listening service for all children and young people up to 18 years of age. Childline online will answer messages posted on the childline message board for all young people. The website also provides information on specific topics such as bullying, family break up and lots more.
Children’s Rights Alliance
All children and young people up to the age of 18 years have the rights under the UN convention on the Rights of the Child. This website provides up-to-date information on developments affecting children and young people in Ireland..

Rainbows
Rainbows is a voluntary organisation that runs programmes for children, youths and adults who have experienced separation, divorce or other painful changes in their families. The spectrum programme is specifically made to support 12-18 year olds.
Samaritans
Samaritans provides confidential support 24 hours a day, for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair. The service is for anyone who is worried about something, feels upset or confused, or just wants to talk to someone. There are over 20 local branches of Samaritans in Ireland.

SpunOut, Irelands National Youth website, provides young people with an accessible, youth-led support service that is available all year round. It features many fact-sheets and articles covering issues and such as bullying, exams, mental health, and many more.
